Wild Wellbeing is outdoor coaching that combines the restorative power of nature with professional coaching techniques. Informed by the work of Nick Totton and Wild Therapy, our approach recognises that being in nature fundamentally changes how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves.
When we step outside the four walls of a meeting room, something shifts. Conversations flow more naturally. Defences soften. Creativity opens up. The natural world provides metaphors, perspective, and a sense of calm that indoor settings simply cannot replicate.
