What Is Wild Wellbeing?

Wild Wellbeing is outdoor coaching that combines the restorative power of nature with professional coaching techniques. Informed by the work of Nick Totton and Wild Therapy, our approach recognises that being in nature fundamentally changes how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves.

When we step outside the four walls of a meeting room, something shifts. Conversations flow more naturally. Defences soften. Creativity opens up. The natural world provides metaphors, perspective, and a sense of calm that indoor settings simply cannot replicate.

How It Works

Walk and Talk Coaching

Side-by-side coaching conversations while walking through natural landscapes. The rhythm of walking and the absence of eye contact create a uniquely open and reflective space.

Sit Spots

Guided reflection in a chosen natural setting. You'll be supported to slow down, notice what's around you, and use the environment as a catalyst for deeper self-awareness and insight.

Nature-Based Activities

Structured exercises that use natural materials and outdoor settings to explore goals, challenges, and values in creative and embodied ways.
